The Managing Director of Goldenhill is Avi Neikrug. Avi Neikrug was the founding partner of JIR Inc. At JIR, Mr. Neikrug acquired and established 30 companies and directed all financial aspects of the firm, including the identification and analysis of investment opportunities, negotiations, structuring and financing. 

In 2001, Mr. Neikrug founded JIRP targeting a buildup strategy in the highly fragmented B2B Internet market. JIRP acquired and consolidated 12 companies in 7 years to become a leading independent ISP provider. 

In 2006, Mr. Neikrug negotiated successful exits of the JIR and JIRP companies.

In 2002, Mr. Neikrug founded M&A Argentina, targeting investment opportunities in premium Argentine real estate and industrial assets. The Company was sold in 2007.

Mr. Neikrug holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.

Alan Walton has a dynamic 22-year, blue chip international background. Mr. Walton has vast international experience in managing multi-million dollar businesses with great success. 

A visionary top performer in every role, Mr. Walton established his reputation and career as one of the leaders in sales and marketing for numerous telecom giants such as Vodafone, Orange and Motorola. 

Mr. Walton went on to establish his own telecommunications company in Central Europe in 1996 and thereafter has been the CEO of a number of successful businesses.

Mr. Walton worked with Jordan Industries between 1999 – 2006 and has a proven track record in identifying, acquiring and integrating companies. 

In 2006, Mr. Walton divested the company that he developed from a single platform into a market leading ISP with over 12 complimentary acquisitions.
